One of the better ways to receive support is receiving a Remote Assistance. To do that we use free software you can download  from www.teamviewer.com

In order to complete Remote Assistance it is necessary to do voice communication. We use Skype (user  "jpsaba27") or MSN Live Messenger  (user "juanps27@hotmail.com" )
