Privacy and Return Policy

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING THIS SOFTWARE

By registering this software you confirm your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

LICENSE
Cathar Software, Inc. licenses this Software Product on a single machine permitting use by a single user. Usage by more than one user at a separate terminal accessing a single copy of the software is not authorized. Usage on a machine being used as an internet server is prohibited. You have the right to make a backup copy in support of your use of this software on the single machine. Any part of this program merged into another program will continue to be subject to the terms of this Agreement.

COPYRIGHT
You may not change or remove the copyright notice on any part of the program, manual, or other program materials, or on any printed output of the program, without prior written permission from Cathar Software, Inc. Reverse Engineering and Duplication of this software or any components of this software in any form or format constitutes violation of copyright laws and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution under those laws and by international agreement. Distribution of this software by unauthorized parties is prohibited making both distributor and recipient subject to criminal prosecution. Sale of output of this program by the registered owner of this software is permitted subject to all national, state and local laws and ordinances.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Cathar Software, Inc. warrants the media on which the program is furnished to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of sale as shown by a copy of your invoice. The sole responsibility of Cathar Software, Inc. is to replace the program in the case of defective disk media. You assume the responsibility for the selection of the program to achieve your intended results, and for the proper installation, use, and results obtained from the program. Cathar Software, Inc. does not warrant that the functions contained in the program will meet your requirements or that the operation of the program will be uninterrupted or error free. All calculation and/or interpretations produced by this program are intended for research or entertainment only. The Author(s) and Cathar Software, Inc. assume no liability for any decisions made based upon output from this program. In no event will Cathar Software, Inc. be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this program. This holds even if Cathar Software, Inc. or a dealer has been told of the possibility of such damages.

TRANSFER
To transfer a program and license, send Cathar Software, Inc. a letter signed by you stating the new user's name, address and telephone, and indicating that you have turned over all program disks and manuals to the new owner. Also indicate that you have not kept any copies of the program or manuals for yourself. The new program user must also sign the letter, indicating that he or she agrees to the terms (of this Software License Agreement).

GENERAL
This License is effective until terminated. Cathar Software, Inc. has the right to terminate your license immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon any such termination you must destroy any original disks, manuals, and copies and cease all use of the trademarks.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida
